The Perodua Axia has a 260-liter boot space. It can comfortably fit 1 large suitcase (24-inch) or 2 cabin-size bags (20-inch) along with small backpacks. If you have 4-5 passengers with heavy luggage, we recommend upgrading to a sedan like the Perodua Bezza. 

 

Q2: Is the Perodua Axia powerful enough for long-distance driving in Sarawak?  

Yes, the 1.0L engine is capable of highway driving. However, it is best suited for city driving and flat terrains. If you plan to drive up steep hills or long distances (like to Serian or Sri Aman), it performs well, but for steeper climbs with a full load, a 1.3L car might be more effortless. 

 

Q3: Can I drive this car to other cities like Miri or Sibu?  

Yes, you can drive outstation. However, Alpha Car Rental applies a one-time surcharge for outstation usage to cover maintenance and support.

We require a fully refundable security deposit of RM200. This will be refunded to you via cash or online transfer immediately upon the safe return of the vehicle.

A: The Axia is an Energy Efficient Vehicle (EEV). You can expect to get approximately 20km to 22km per liter of petrol, making it one of the most economical cars to rent in Malaysia.
