Q1: Is this the new facelift model?  

Yes, our fleet consists of the 2021 Facelift Model (AGH30). This means you get the modern front grille, updated LED headlamps, and a pristine interior condition suitable for VVIP guests. 

 

Q2: Does it fit 7 people AND luggage?  

The Alphard seats 7 adults comfortably. However, boot space is limited when all seats are occupied. 

  • 7 Passengers: Fits 2-3 cabin bags (small luggage) in the rear. 
  • 4-5 Passengers: With the 3rd row folded, it can fit 4 Golf Bags or 5-6 Large Suitcases easily. 

 

Q3: Is it easy to drive for self-drive?  

Despite its large size, the Alphard is surprisingly easy to handle due to its high seating position, light steering, and Reverse Camera/Sensors. It is powered by a 2.5L engine, providing smooth acceleration for highway cruising. 

 

Q4: Can I drive this car to Miri, Bintulu, or Sibu?  

Yes, the Alphard is excellent for long-distance highway cruising. However, due to the high value of the car, strict surcharges apply for outstation use: 

  • Sibu / Sarikei: RM300 Fee 
  • Miri: RM600 Fee 
  • Mukah / Bintulu: RM500 Fee 

 

Q5: How much is the security deposit?  

For luxury MPVs like the Alphard, the refundable security deposit may be higher than our standard cars (starting from RM500 – RM1,000 depending on rental duration). This is fully refunded upon the safe return of the vehicle.
